Frits Vervoort reappointed for third term as Vesteda CFO

Vesteda Investment Management’s Extraordinary Meeting of Participants has unanimously approved the reappointment of Frits Vervoort as Vesteda’s Chief Financial Officer. He has been a member of Vesteda’s Management Board since 1 November 2016. His third term ends on 1 November 2026.

As CFO, Frits Vervoort is responsible for Finance & Control, Legal & Compliance, Digital & Innovation and Operations. Since the appointment of Astrid Schlüter as CEO on 3 April 2024, together they form Vesteda’s statutory Management Board.
