Vesteda appoints Reinier Walta as Chief Financial Officer

Amsterdam, 26 August 2026 – Vesteda has appointed Reinier Walta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Management Board, with effect from 1 November 2026. He succeeds Frits Vervoort, who is leaving Vesteda after ten years and three consecutive terms as CFO.

Reinier Walta (1974) has held various financial and management positions in the international real estate sector, including as CFO and later CEO of the listed company Vastned Retail. Thanks to his financial expertise and management experience, he brings a range of qualities that will be highly valuable in Vesteda’s continued development, both as an organisation and as a long-term residential real estate investor.
