Gertjan van der Baan reappointed as CEO of Vesteda

The Extraordinary Meeting of Participants of Vesteda has unanimously approved the reappointment of Gertjan van der Baan as CEO of Vesteda. Gertjan started as CEO on 1 January 2014 and was reappointed in 2018. His third term starts on 1 January 2022 and is again for a period of four years. Together with CFO Frits Vervoort, Gertjan forms the statutory board of Vesteda.
