Vesteda adds 18 houses to Rotterdam Zuiderhof project

Following the purchase of an additional 18 houses, Vesteda has expanded its Rotterdam Zuiderhof new-build project to a total of 178 homes. Vesteda recently purchased these spacious houses from developer Focus on Impact. Contractor Dura Vermeer will realise the project.

The 18 houses are part of the Zuiderhof project in the Vreewijk garden village in Rotterdam-Zuid. According to current planning, Vesteda will be able to rent out the homes by the end of 2025.
