Vesteda awarded again with five stars in GRESB

In 2021 Vesteda has been awarded with five stars in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). Our continuous and increased attention for sustainability had a positive effect on our total score, which increased to 90 points from 88 points last year. Ranked amongst our peer group we were awarded a 4th place in the Netherlands and in Europe.

GRESB has become the leading ESG benchmark for real estate and infrastructure investments across the world.
