Frits Vervoort reappointed as CFO of Vesteda

The Extraordinary Meeting of Participants of Vesteda has unanimously approved the reappointment of Mr Frits Vervoort as CFO of Vesteda.

Mr. Frits Vervoort has been CFO at Vesteda since 2016. The second term starts on 1 November 2020 and is for a period of four years. Together with CEO Gertjan van der Baan, he forms the statutory board of Vesteda.
