GRESB: Vesteda once again achieves highest sustainability rating with 5 stars in 2025
Vesteda has once again achieved a five-star rating in the annual Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). This highest possible rating puts Vesteda in the top 20% of participating sustainable real estate funds worldwide.
This assessment confirms that our commitment to sustainability is delivering tangible results, thanks to our continuous focus on affordability and future-proof housing.
The number of five-star ratings achieved by Dutch residential funds shows that the Netherlands is performing strongly on an international level in the field of sustainable real estate.
