René Tim appointed as Head of Acquisitions and Development

As per 1 August 2023, René Tim will be responsible within Vesteda for future acquisitions of new-build properties, dispositions and the redevelopment of existing residential properties.

Gertjan van der Baan: "The market conditions for acquiring new-build projects have changed dramatically in the recent period. It is up to René Tim, together with the team, to make good use of this in the coming years."

René Tim replaces his former manager Pieter Knauff with whom he has worked for the past six years. René Tim started his career at Savills after completing his degree in Urban Planning at the University of Amsterdam and joined Vesteda in June 2017.

René Tim: "After working as acquisition & development manager at Vesteda for more than six years, it is a very nice step for me to now have final responsibility for the redevelopment, purchase and sale of residential real estate."
