Vesteda appoints Jeroen Drost to Supervisory Committee

Summary

Vesteda’s Extraordinary Meeting of Participants held on Friday 31 October 2014 approved the appointment of Mr. Jeroen P. Drost as a member of Vesteda’s Supervisory Committee. The appointment of Mr. Drost gives the Supervisory Committee a member with a solid track record as an international director with experience in areas such as strategic positioning and planning, restructuring processes and acquisitions. 

Mr. Drost (1961) is Dutch. In the six years to early 2014, he was Chief Executive Officer of Dutchmerchant bank NIBC. Prior to this, Mr. Drost was employed at ABN AMRO in various management and executive positions. 

Mr. Drost has been appointed for a four-year term from 1 November 2014. His appointment can be extended no more than once, for another four-term term. Mr. Drost’s appointment means the Vesteda Supervisory Committee now comprises the following five members: Mr. C.A.M de Boo (chairman), Mr. J.A. de Die, Mr. P.J.W.G. Kok, Mr. J. Pars and Mr. J.P. Drost.
