Vesteda Portfolio Strategy director Hans Touw to leave the company

Vesteda announces that Hans Touw will leave Vesteda after almost eight years with the company. Hans Touw has held a number of positions at Vesteda, including Portfolio Management director and for the past two years Portfolio Strategy director. He was also a member of the Vesteda Management Team for his entire time with the company. He was tasked with improving the quality, composition and results of the investment portfolio, and the professionalisation of the portfolio management.

Over the past few years, the focus of Vesteda’s Investment portfolio has shifted to rental homes in the mid-rental segment. In addition, Vesteda has sharpened the definition of its most important regions for investments, professionalised its portfolio management, restructured its investment portfolio and made a number of far-reaching organisational changes. This will mark the realisation of the most important part of his task and he thought this would be a good moment to conclude his time with Vesteda. Hans will remain with Vesteda until end-May at the latest.

It is with a great sense of satisfaction that we look back at what Hans has achieved for Vesteda over the past eight years and what he has meant to the company. We owe him an enormous debt of gratitude for that.
